Email Address Validation

Email address validation helps us know that the email address registered on your account is valid and that you have access to it. This is important as  we send confirmation emails after successful deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Besides, email address needs to be validated for participating in the Daily Spin Jackpot and for requesting withdrawals.

To validate your email address do the following:
  1. Login to your casino account
  2. Click on the main menu
  3. Click on 'Validate Email'
  4. On the Email Validation pop-up, confirm that the email address is correct and then click the 'Send Email Validation Link' button
  5. You will receive an email with a validation link and further instructions to complete the process
